To allow pop ups you will see a little yellow bar at the top of the screen that informs you a screen has been blocked. To continue to the screen, you can right-click that bar (called an information bar), and select Allow this Popup. Once you do that, you'll see a dialog box that asks you to approve, of course, but secure. Mozilla Firefox users will just see the dialog box.
